The Opportunity
We are a high-tech enterprise specializing in the development, production, and sales of broadcasting equipment, dedicated to providing advanced equipment and technical solutions to global TV stations, media organizations, and content producers. With the continuous expansion of our business, we are now seeking a Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales activities in specific regions and drive our market share in the broadcasting industry.
This position is based in Beijing and reports to the Sales Director in China.  


Primary Function
  • Responsible for the sales of broadcasting equipment in the designated region, achieving the sales targets set by the company.
  • Develop new clients, maintain existing client relationships, and establish long-term, stable partnerships with TV stations, media organizations, etc.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of client needs, provide professional equipment solutions, and assist clients in resolving technical issues.
  • Monitor industry trends, collect market information, analyze competitors, and formulate corresponding sales strategies.
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth project implementation and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions, technical exchanges, and other events to promote company products and brand.

What do you have to offer:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the broadcasting industry, with familiarity in broadcasting equipment preferred.
  • Strong market development and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong learning ability to quickly grasp new technologies and products.
  • Willingness to travel and a strong sense of responsibility.
