The Role 

The role

You will have a chance to work with the Finance Team in Poland with responsibility for finance activities related to all GV entities:

  • Monitoring outstanding customer balances and performing collection activities
  • Communicating with customers to follow up on overdue payments via email and phone
  • Recording collection status and updating reports regularly
  • Assisting with resolving payment issues and disputes
  • Processing and booking supplier invoices in the accounting system
  • Verifying accuracy and proper documentation of incoming invoices
  • Participating in ad hoc finance projects and providing general administrative support to the finance team

What you'll need to be successful

  • Student in the final years of Economic Studies or related
  • Knowledge of MS Office 365 (especially Excel: pivots / vlookup)
  • Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Quick learner and team player
  • Customer-oriented
  • SAP knowledge – a very big plus
  • Availability – 20-30h/week
