The Role
Grass Valley is looking for an experienced lawyer to join our global media technology business. The role involves working closely with internal teams across EMEA, NA and LATAM coordinating with stakeholders, and engaging directly with customers- including contract negotiation.
We’re looking for a candidate with strong international experience and a background in commercial matters, ideally with time spent as in-house counsel. You should be comfortable reviewing and negotiating a variety of agreements, including SaaS, product sales, IP licenses, leases and others.
We value people who are results-oriented and confident in managing legal risk while offering clear, practical recommendations. The role may also include other typical in-house responsibilities such as supporting internal projects and advising on day-to-day legal questions.
Qualifications
8+ years of legal experience in an international environment, either in-house or at a law firm
Solid experience with technology-related contracts
Strong communication skills in English (C1 level or above)
Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams across regions
Interest in improving legal workflows, processes, and tools
