The Role 
Reporting to the HR Director EMEA & APAC, as HRBP you will act as the point of contact for managers, employees and other team members regarding HR-related matters and projects. You will provide assistance, guidance, and advice to internal stakeholders throughout their employee journey within the company.  
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management, providing HR guidance on procedures and policies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity. 
  • Execute and optimise the set employee policies and service delivery 
  • Provide a smooth employee process from on-boarding to off-boarding 
  • Act as the go-to person to answer queries about HR-related issues and provide needed information and documentation, mainly focused on management 
  • Manage employee relations cases in compliance with relevant APAC employment laws and regulations
  • Actively contribute to employee engagement and talent development initiatives.
  • Support and act as a backup in preparing monthly payroll in collaboration with external suppliers.
  • Actively promote the company’s vision, mission and culture 
What you’ll need to be successful 
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Business Partner / HR Advisor 
  • Good knowledge of APAC employment laws, pensions, benefits, and regulations
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Maintain a positive, open, and objective attitude toward others
