Your Role 

The main purpose of the job is:
 

  • Process new Customer Sales Orders into our ERP System and validate the equipment list and pricing accuracy
  • Manage all changes in customer requirements
  • Send Order Acknowledgements and Shipment Schedule documents to customer
  • Perform daily follow up on all assigned customer orders
  • Work closely with the Factory Order Managers in Breda and Montreal to ensure delivery of order within customer required date
  • Communicate with PM’s, Sales Account Managers and customers on any order changes
  • Liaise with Sales and Finance to resolve Credit Hold and other barriers to delivering orders
  • Respond to internal and external customer queries via email and phone
  • Make sure all orders are shipped and invoiced in a timely manner
  • Issue RMAs and Credit Notes for customers returning sales equipment
What you’ll need to be successful 
  • ERP knowledge and experience (SAP is an advantage)
  • CRM knowledge and experience (Salesforce is an advantage)
  • Advance use of English
  • Excel (and other MS Office applications) knowledge
  • Work experience in Order Management and/ or Customer Service oriented roles
  • Ability to work to deadlines (month ends)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good at setting priorities
  • The candidate should be focused and be able to work independently to ensure all tasks are completed
