Your Role
The main purpose of the job is:
- Process new Customer Sales Orders into our ERP System and validate the equipment list and pricing accuracy
- Manage all changes in customer requirements
- Send Order Acknowledgements and Shipment Schedule documents to customer
- Perform daily follow up on all assigned customer orders
- Work closely with the Factory Order Managers in Breda and Montreal to ensure delivery of order within customer required date
- Communicate with PM’s, Sales Account Managers and customers on any order changes
- Liaise with Sales and Finance to resolve Credit Hold and other barriers to delivering orders
- Respond to internal and external customer queries via email and phone
- Make sure all orders are shipped and invoiced in a timely manner
- Issue RMAs and Credit Notes for customers returning sales equipment
What you’ll need to be successful
- ERP knowledge and experience (SAP is an advantage)
- CRM knowledge and experience (Salesforce is an advantage)
- Advance use of English
- Excel (and other MS Office applications) knowledge
- Work experience in Order Management and/ or Customer Service oriented roles
- Ability to work to deadlines (month ends)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good at setting priorities
- The candidate should be focused and be able to work independently to ensure all tasks are completed
