You will have a chance to work with the Finance Team in Poland with responsibility for finance activities related to all GV entities:
Monitoring outstanding customer balances and performing collection activities
Communicating with customers to follow up on overdue payments via email and phone
Recording collection status and updating reports regularly
Assisting with resolving payment issues and disputes
Processing and booking supplier invoices in the accounting system
Verifying accuracy and proper documentation of incoming invoices
Participating in ad hoc finance projects and providing general administrative support to the finance team
What you'll need to be successful
Student in the final years of Economic Studies or related
Knowledge of MS Office 365 (especially Excel: pivots / vlookup)
Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Quick learner and team player
Customer-oriented
SAP knowledge – a very big plus
Availability – 20-30h/week
