The Role As a Test Technician, you are busy with the optical, mechanical and electrical testing and adjustment of cameras on a daily basis. You do this according to the set quality requirements and customer specifications. In the event of deviations, you locate and repair errors in semi-finished products and end systems. This applies to both new products and products that have been offered for repair by customers.
Your day as a Test Technician
You test and adjust camera systems using (automatic) test protocols.
In the event of detected deviations, you locate and repair the errors.
You assess the video quality for any image deviations.
You assemble and disassemble products to solve the problems.
You report measurement results and errors found in the quality system.
You regularly consult with the (quality) team about discovered errors according to the LEAN process.
You read electrical drawings and diagrams.
Your profile
At least completed MBO 3 (Electronics) education
Two to five years of work experience in a similar position
You are familiar with working with precision mechanics tools and operating measuring equipment.
You have knowledge of electrical engineering and electronics up to and including PCBA level.
You have experience with optical, mechanical and video techniques.
You have worked with technical and administrative software packages.
You are proficient in spoken and written English.
You have good communication skills, are flexible and proactive and enjoy working in a team.
